Refund Policy

We at Pocketglow LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) value your satisfaction with DevMetrics (“the App”). If you are not satisfied, we offer the following Refund Policy:

1. 14-Day Refund Period

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase for any reason. To request a refund, please email us at support@pocketglow.com with your purchase details.
If your jurisdiction mandates a longer “cooling-off” period or additional consumer protections, those statutory rights may supersede or supplement this policy.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, you must contact us at support@pocketglow.com and include:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request (optional)

3. Processing Refunds

  1. Once we receive your refund request and verify your purchase, we will notify Paddle (our payment processor) to process the refund.
  2. Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

4. Exceptions

  • Requests made after the 14-day period are not automatically eligible for a refund, unless required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy.
